1. Who we are

PWL Claude Connector (the “App”) is operated by Modern Renaissance Consulting Inc., doing business as PWL Studio (“PWL Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a marketing and automation agency located in Houston, Texas. 2. What the App does

The App connects QuickBooks Online (“QuickBooks”), provided by Intuit Inc., to PWL Studio’s internal reporting and workflow-automation systems. With your authorization, the App reads accounting data from your connected QuickBooks company so that PWL Studio can prepare financial summaries, reports, and bookkeeping-support tasks on your behalf.

3. Information we access and collect

• QuickBooks company data (via the Intuit API). Depending on the permissions you grant, this may include company profile information, customers and vendors, invoices, bills, payments, items, accounts, and transaction and report data.
• Authorization data. OAuth 2.0 access and refresh tokens and the QuickBooks company (“realm”) ID, used to maintain your authorized connection.
• Contact and account data. The name, email address, and business details you provide when you request or authorize the connection.
• Technical logs. Basic request logs (timestamps, endpoints called, and success/error status) used to operate and troubleshoot the connection.

We do not access your QuickBooks login credentials. Authorization is handled entirely by Intuit’s OAuth process, and you can revoke it at any time.

4. How we use information

• To provide the connection and the reporting, summary, and bookkeeping-support services you have requested.
• To operate, maintain, secure, and troubleshoot the App.
• To communicate with you about the service, including support and service notices.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your QuickBooks data for advertising or to build marketing profiles.

5. How we share information

We share information only as needed to run the service:

• Service providers. Trusted vendors that host our systems or provide AI/automation processing under contract, and only to the extent needed to deliver the service. These providers are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
• Legal and safety. When required by law, regulation, or valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of PWL Studio, our clients, or others.
• Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

6. Data storage, security, and retention

Access tokens and any cached data are stored using industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. We limit access to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis. We retain QuickBooks data only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law; when you disconnect the App or ask us to delete your data, we remove stored QuickBooks data and revoke tokens within a reasonable period, except where retention is legally required.

7. Your choices and rights

• Disconnect at any time. You can revoke the App’s access from within QuickBooks (Settings → Apps / My Apps) or by contacting us.
• Access, correction, and deletion. You may request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing support@pwlstudio.com.

8. Intuit / QuickBooks data

Our access to and use of QuickBooks data complies with the Intuit Developer Terms of Service and applicable Intuit data-handling requirements. We use Intuit data solely to provide the features described above and do not repurpose it.

9. Children’s privacy

The App is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
